You can go to Los Pozos de Caldera, which is a famous place with several hot springs, that are known to be good for healing rheumatism. It costs 1$ to get in and you can camp there but you should know that there are no facilities, so be prepared! This place is about half hour walk from Caldera, so first you need to get there. You go 27 km north of the Pan-American Highway, which is south of Boquete (about 13 km) and then you turn off east. Hope you find it.
