There is one place which is called Estate Office-Gringo's Scooter Hire. You can hire a bike for 2.50$ an hour or for the entire day (8 hours) for 10$. You'll have to also pay a deposit, though. They also rent scooters, 6.50$ an hour or 20$ for the whole day. Their office is near the park on Av Central.
