Although it's not a typical restaurant I recommend you the Panama Canal Yacht Club. They have an open air restaurant where they serve very good food. You can choose between Chinese or seafood. There is also a bar, nicely decorated where you can go for just a drink if you're not hungry. Here you can get information about trips an visiting yachts and boat charters to San Blas Islands. It's somewhere in the port area, among containers.
