Well, you can choose between bus, train or plane. The buses leave from the bus station on Av del Frente and Calle 12 daily, every 20 minutes (every 2 hours at weekends). The ticket costs 1.75 to 2.25$. The train leaves at 17.30 from the station near the centre (the ticket is 20$ one way). There are also daily flights with Aeroplanes (26$ one way) but only from Monday till Thursday.
