Roma Plaza in Av Justo Arosemena y Calle could be one of the best options as price in central Panama City. At about 65$ a night, the hostel could conquer its opponents. Especially because the rooms are clean, there is a swimming pool and the restaurant serves tasty Italian at only 15$ the main.
