The liveliest area at night in Panama City is definitely the Marbella district. The "La Cantina", "Gallerias marbella", both of them on Calle East 5. The "Mangos" is also very interesting, and so is the "Cafe Dali". Ladies nights and live music are the main attractions. Drinks aren't very expensive and the atmosphere gets hot. Dancing is best in this area!!
