iggy in response to general's question: Is any place where I can listen to live music in Panama City?(give a different answer) .
I have only been in 2 places where there is live music (by this I mean jazz). One is Cafe El Aleph, with a coffee house atmosphere. You can serve a meal or just a snack, if you're hungry. They host ocassional art shows and the live music is only at weekends (better phone for programme). And the other one is Cafe Gardel, with a more intimate atmoshpere, perfect for jazz (also restaurant). The are both on Via Argentina.
