Although cafes in Panama City are numerous, there are few quiet places where one could really feel okay. However, Dulceria Panaderia, on Av Central, between Calle 11 y 12, serves very good icecream. The Chicha juice is also recommended, and so are the cakes. Their best specilty: the "empanadas". Truly majestic.
