If you're not very pretentious regarding the decorations of a place, but still like to eat well, then the Ozone Cafe in Calle Uruguay is the place to go to!! They serve food from all over the world, and the prices really are accessible. The best part about the place is that there are lots of other restaurants in the area, so in case it's crowded, one has a choice.
