Any theatres worth going to in Panama City?(give a different answer) .
Very close to Santo Domingo, across Avenida central, there is the famous neoclassical Teatro Nacional, open from Monday to Friday, from 8 to 4pm. The place really is astonishing and dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. So it is a museum, as well as a theatre. Its decorations, its painted facade make it a worthwhile place even now, after many restaurations.
