I don't know of any official place to camp, but there are several 'unofficial' ones where you might camp., like some beaches, or inside Hipodromo but there are no facilities and it's permitted only if you are waiting to ship your car out of Panama.If you are desperate, you can also camp in the car-parking of Balboa Yacht Club.
