astroboy's question:
Can anybody recommend a nice place for visiting during the week-ends around Panama City?(give a different answer) .
Getting to the famous ruins of Panama Viejo is quite simple, if you take a cab from the city centre or a bus from Via Espana. The place is at about 6.5 kilometres of walking northeast along the coast. The town is also appreciated for other sights, such as the King's Bridge, at the north end of the town. The place can make a good trip even after descending from your plane at the Tocumen Airport.
