highlander's question: What is there to be seen in Balboa, outside Panama City?(give a different answer) .
If you decide to take a walk outside town on a sunny afternoon, then the docks and ruins of Balboa are just the place to go to. Only 3 km west of the city, 10 minutes by taxi. The place offers splendid view, as it's located between the Canal quays and the Ancon Hills. Tthe small town has a pool, some commemorating Goethal monuments and a very large parkway.
