Is the town of Panama suitable for visiting on foot?(give a different answer) .
The old part of the city, Casco Viejo, can be easily toured on foot. As a matter of fact, it's a pity if you decide to have a car for this beautiful part of the city. As fort the rest, there are cheap(but very crowded) buses for strolling around. Taxis are also recommended for city tours.
