To get on the island, you have to first get to Balboa (which is a small town, 3 km west of Panama City). Once there, go to Pier 17-18 from where the boats for the island leave. They leave twice a day (8.30 and 15) during weekdays and three times a day in weekends and holidays (8.30, 11.30 and 16). During November-January there are 3 boats every day.
